Ebay Bucks.....WTF!?!?!?

so my ebay bucks certificate went active today and I went to pay for something I won yesterday and the it excepted the ebay bucks certificiate. So I go to my paypal account to check the balance, and noticed that it pulled the full amount out and didn't subtract the ebay bucks amount. I go to the details of the transaction and it said that the ebay bucks was inlcuded. Do they refund your bucks amount after you use it, or did something mess up!?!??!

you should have to put in a promocode when paying, its not automatic

it is automatic now......it showed up and I didn't have to put in the code.....paypal got back to me really quick.....apparently they added the money to my account before the payment was made, and I over looked that.....
