Hockey Defense"A no show"

Last night at least three teams ........Dallas ,San Jose.and the Flyers all three teams Defense was a no show,it was a goal scorers paradise..........every one in the hockey pools with those players from those teams soared up in the stats......except of course for the goal tending stats...lol.......Marty showed why perhaps he is the greatest goaltender ever to play the game once again shined with a shut out and didn't you just love that cheap shot on Avery payback for the circus act from last year .........I wouldn't be surprised he ends the season with forty plus wins......."He is going to destroy the records"........and it will be a long time before his records will be broken especially with the NHL the way it is now.........

I never even heard anything about Brodeur & Avery, what happened exactly ? I wanted to watch the game !

Well last year during playoffs Avery stood in front of Marty waving his stick back and forth following his every move creating a screen kept waving his stick up in his face all the while demeaning hockey...I can understand being in front of him causing a screen but he took it up another level......and last night he tried to screen Marty so Marty just hit him a little shot in the back of the neck basically with his blocker and the ref let it go.......Marty was outstanding last night in tipical Brodeur fashion.....

Yeah I knew about last season I just wasn't aware of what Marty did, thanks for the update.
