I have a good friend that looks just like him. He goes to Kentucky Law now (did his undergrad at UGA). He said he gets asked every day if that is him. He doesn't admit to it or deny it. He just lets them think what he wants.
My friend is crazy as hell during games and is loud and says whatever he feels like. Last year during a basketball game when Florida was in town he tried to get a Florida fan kicked out of the UGA student section. Had his student iD checked and everything. We had everyone there convinced he was the guy from the video. The next home game the guy in the video was there and everyone was talking about how he tried to get a Florida fan kicked out of the student section.
