Buying numbered insert/parallel/rookies

No sage, no press pass unless its of a higher quality guy. Nothing before 2003. Football only, I don't know enough about other sports. I will pay .20 for each card. I may fluctuate the price up to .75 if the quality of cards dictates a shift. I want bulk though. A lot of 3 isn't really beneficial to either of us.

Please give me a highlights list showing the 3-5 best cards and the 3-5 worst cards. You are on your honor for figuring whats 'good' and whats not. Leave a list here or PM me.

ok I made a small mistake. I really only want numbered cards and Topps Chrome isn't numbered. On the Finest, are the bulk of them numbered? Also, what are a few of the better cards and what are the horrible cards? Lastly, how many blue refractors do you have. I may make an exception for them.
