Anyone have opinions on slabs for the 2 5/8" x 4 1/8" sized police issue sports cards from late 70's to 80's?
Eventually I want to get several of my PC slabbed. I got an SGC one slabbed to try it out. Ended up being larger then I expected and thought I'd for sure go PSA. But after looking up the PSA ones up I think they look worse. I suspect I'll go SGC; look equal or a bit better, will cost less, they are not high demand cards so not really an investment.
The SGC Slab is about 7 x 4. So maybe a tad bigger then the "Supersized (Ticket)" I suspect PSA uses.
Anyone have experience or opinions on these cards and encapsulation for them? I was originally hoping PSA would use a Tall Boy but after looking some up it does not appear so.
