Andrew Luck staying in school

Not as shocking as some may think, but he's leaving probably $50+ million guaranteed on the table. After the new CBA, there will be a rookie salary cap. He won't get anywhere near that in 2012.

Dumb. I'm a strong proponent of the pursuit of higher education, but that's just dumb. He has nowhere to go but down.

Agreed. Same with Locker last year and Leinart in 2005.

I, too, am all for folks finishing school, but there could be a difference of $30-$40 million dollars. You'd think a kid smart enough to get into Stanford would realize that.

This could also be a telling sign for Jim Harbaugh, who is the hottest name in coaching right now. Would Luck return without Harbaugh returning? We shall see.

He must really not want to be a panther. Or his agent is a the biggest moron on earth. He can always get a degree.

He's hittin this **** on the side, so who can blame him for staying?
