He signs "Sparky" on a note that says he can't sign anymore!

It would be best to not send to him anymore, as his ehalth has seriously declined. If you send anything, send a Get Well type letter, not an auto request.

He ahs been one of the best signers out there, unfortunate to see his health decline like this...
