Good news. I finally got ahold of Jeff and he is sending with a signature. he is sending out on monday and will give me the tracking number. Jeff said it should be here by wednesday.

Turns out he lives in Mesa Az and was stuck in Ill helping his parents out. His father had to have a defib put in. His mom couldn't get the time off work to be with her husband so Jeff had to go be with him. He is back home and will mail out monday priority mail.
