If you click on your member link (your member name at top right by your inbox), click on "contact Detals" (3rd down on left column) you should be taken to a page where you can make those "identities" changes. For Ustream and YouTube you just need to enter your member ID from that site. For most of those your member ID is the only thing need no "@" or "#" just name. Looks like photobucket is the only one that requires a full website url.
