Most of the newer hockey sets do not include the old-time HOF guys. The only one I can think of that did was 2022-23 Parkhurst Champions, which contained a mix of current, rookies, and HOF type players. Here is a link to the checklist: https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2022-23-parkhurst-champions-hockey-cards . I was not greatly impressed with it, but I know that it has Howe and Yzerman cards.
