Bench Warmer
Tight Ends:
1) Jermaine Gresham - Oklahoma
2) Rob Gronkowski - Arizona
3) Aaron Hernandez - Florida
4) Ed Dickson - Oregon
5) Jimmy Graham - Miami
6) Dennis Pitta – BYU
7) Garrett Graham - Wisconsin
8) Anthony McCoy – USC
9) Tony Moeaki – Iowa
10) Colin Peek - Alabama

Position Grade: B
I think this class has the potential to produce 4 NFL quality starters, and a few complementary offensive pieces as well.

Further Analysis:

When Gresham is right, he has consistent All-Pro potential at the next level. Gronkowski operates as a match-up nightmare for LB’s and Safeties with his size, speed and arm reach. Hernandez profiles as a TE similar to Dustin Keller, but does not have the same momentum headed into the draft as Keller did after his strong workouts. I'd grade it out higher if the top two guys were not coming off of season-ending injuries. Very good depth that should reach into the mid-rounds.

Feel free to discuss anything TE-related here.

Tight end is actually deeper than expected. Teams are going to get some solid pass catchers in the middle rounds. I think Gresham and Gronkowski are the only locks to go in the first two rounds.
