Sands was promoted a few months ago, I may suggest to you Blake Smith or Brian Ruggiano (Rays OF Justin Ruggiano's brother) instead. Galvez and Ruggiano have been the best signers from my few games experience, so your #1 choice should not be a problem.
Also, for your best chance at a player, I might go this Thursday, will be going for sure the Saturday after that, and then we have the playoffs this year that might work around my classes.
