The top right says 96pt, which I am told is the prime, the cardset: RPS Rookie Signatures. I figure if it is the prime it is /25, if not /699. I am thinking the fact it is in the big thick protector and states "96pt" it is the prime - I just don't want to make the mistake - buddy of mine traded...

I am trying to find out if my redemption is the one /25 or lower, it is the RPS item in the plastic case, but I am wanting to be sure before I price it.
