i think that answer about sums it up. granted, most people dont bid on havner, and the people who bid on chang usually dont push it too far (unless its a really low numbered card...IE a 15/15 that i lost :( )

Update: i put in a BO for 45 dlvd, and won. im now the proud owner of this: a bad scan of it...but again, im extremely happy with it! cant wait for it to get here. thanks for all the help!
