Who is the least collected Hall of Famer?

In Football it has to be either:

Jan Stenerud or Willie Lanier. Possibly Jim Langer (is he in?)

Basketball does not count because their Hall of Fame is a Freak Show nightmare.

Anyone want to throw out any names for football or baseball?

I say Al Davis just because there isnt a whole lot out there. He never signs autographs, he just lives in his bats**t crazy world.

Langer is in but he has almost no cards since he retired.
