Who are you hoping does well this year?

I don't collect anymore, really, and because I'm a Lions fan and I did most of my collecting from 2002-2005, I have alot of really junky cards. Boss Baileys...Joey Harringtons...etc.

But, the only glimmer of hope is what I have left of my Kevin Jones cards.

He's looked really good in camp, I'm hoping Matt Forte gives up some carries, through injury or poor play so KJ can get a shot. I'd like him to get hot for a couple of weeks so I can sell the cards on ebay.

Who are you pulling for? Any underdogs that have a decent shot and would mean something for your collection?

Anyone who plays for the Saints, but strictly from a football perspective. On field success does nothing for my collecting other than cost me more money. Not that my football interests have ever suffered that experience much.

actually id like to see Devard Darling do something in KC, i think he has lots of talent, but the Ravens passing game wasnt very good, and he was injured

i will say that Danny Ware looked pretty good for Phil the other night...

i also found it interesting that LT played his first preseason game since 05...apparently the Chargers want him to be in 'football shape' when the season starts...probably opened his eyes when they tagged Sproles...

Ryan - Did you watch the Bears first pre-season game? Hate to tell you this, but of the three running backs that played (Jones, Peterson and Wolfe), Jones looked the worst. He was sluggish and unable to move the ball beyond the line of scrimmage. I hope for both your sake and mine that that is no indication of how he will actually play, but it didn't look good from my standpoint.

I too hope that Illini CB that Zeeck collects performs well.
