I think the Raiders might have the best out of those teams. They have a really strong defense and their offense at times looked okay last year, it is going to be interesting to see what Jamarcus can do this year.

they had alot of injuries last year and the fact that with the talent they have they will make the biggest turnaround
i honestly dont see the dolphins doing any type of turn around
how can you if you lost your best player? the defense was the only bright spot on that team and its a shame that they got rid of there best player

Steven Jackson comes close to leading the league in rushing and the rams come close to a wild card seed.

I think the rams will this year. Bulger is finally healthy. I think chris long will really help there defense and there in one of the weaker divisions in all of football
