I say multiple game suspension. That was a retaliation towards the techs that happened the play before.

What he did was as bad as throwing a punch. He leveled the guy, so he accomplished what he wanted to do.

Nothing should happend to him. Just like nothing happend to Rondo. Game is rough. Emotions are riding high.

But if something happens, let it be in proper standards. The Death Threat that Artest made should have him banned from the league. You can sit there and say he was motioning elbow, but honestly running a thumb across your neck doesnt say that.

He did not make a death threat! He told that ***** Kobe to hit him in thr throat again! Of course Kobe wouldn't because he is a ***** and noone was around to thug Artest. I wish he would have mopped the floor with Kobe's wanna be MJ's ***!! And Dfish should be suspended at least 2 games that was a blatant take you out cheap shot! And the dumbass got a cut on his head for it, genius!!

Quit your name calling and taunts. Your online tough guy attitude wont scare me.

Artest should definately be suspended for his death threat. Fisher, sure. But I didnt see fisher threaten to **** Scola. Artest is known for his antics. Artest clearly tried to hurt a man in the stands years back. HE would easily try and hurt another player if given the chance when he is hot and tempered.

There are a lot of guys in the league that put their feet infront of Kobe when he takes a jump shot. So that when kobe comes down, they hope he twists and breaks hi ankle. Is that not wrong? But yet these players get away with it. Put Artest in jail. I took that as a death threat.

Ron Artest claims to have witnessed actual on-court ******, so Wednesday against Kobe and the Lakers was no biggie | The Fabulous Forum | Los Angeles Times

Ron Artest explained his ejection from last night's game against the Lakers with an, um, interesting story. He told reporters, "I understand it's the playoffs. I remember when I used to play back home in the neighborhood. There was always games like that. I remember one time, there was um, one of my friends, you know, was playing basketball and they was winning the game. It was so competitive they broke a piece of leg from a table and they threw it. It went right through his heart and he died right on the court. So I'm accustomed to playing basketball really rough."

Nice..It was so competitive they broke a piece of leg from a table and they threw it. It went right through his heart and he died right on the court.

So it's ok for Kobe to elbow him in the throat, cause he's a wackjob?

Fisher has to get suspended for that. It was so blatantly obvious it's scary.

Best part was Jackson afterwards saying that Fisher was just fighting thru a pick :)

Kobe is the ONLY person in the league that has ever thrown an elbow? True or False?

They were going for the ball. You know what?? To appease you, why dont we stop letting NBA players rebound. That way no elbow is ever thrown. Wait a min, lets make it ilegal to reach and extend your arms up so you dont get that elbow up to high.

Better yet, why dont NBA players wear Helmets?? :party3: :party3: :party3:

It wasnt a blatant elbow. They were wrestling. Check your hatered at the door.

im sorry but that was HILARIOS i rewound it 5 times.i could not stop laughing.
thats what happens when you mess with his teamates.HIS POINT WAS TAKEN!!!!!!!!!! I think the ejection is enough....look at the utah game???

Elbows happen all the time. It's where the elbow was thrown and why the NBA is looking at it. It's why the NBA has this rule:
Kobe Bryant elbowed Ron Artest as the two were angling for position on a rebound. If a player elbows another player above the shoulders, it is an automatic suspension by the NBA.

It's for the NBA to decide if Kobe should be suspended. The video shows the elbow. It's close to above the shoulders but probably hit him more in the upper chest.

We'll wait and see how the NBA sees it. I mean there was no foul called on Kobe. Therefore the elbow was seen as a wrestle between two people trying to get the ball. During the wrestle arms are lifted and contact is made. Was the elbow on purpose or during the process of getting the ball and getting in the way? Im sure if the refs thought it was on purpose they would have blown the whistle. It looks like the refs thought it was just a tussle! Hence why Kobe didnt get called on it.
