alright, a few weeks ago Brad was asking about my Kevin Youngblood LRS Black /10 (non auto) and the guy on ebay wants $30 for it and wont really budge on price...

well over the past week ive run into...

2004 Sweet Sigs Kyle Boller (insert, no au) /7, guy wants $35
2005 LCM Mirror Emerald (base) /5 guy wants $40

so what are some of your hostages out on ebay that you refuse to pay the ransom on :think: and i will be selling the Youngblood to Brad at some point :salut:

A while ago mine was an LJ Bowman Chrome Red AU /10 the guy wanted over a 100 for it :lollol: I got one for a good amount less though

A guy held a CJ Gaddis plate ransom on me. I won the first 2 for less than $10 dlvd per and he wanted at least $30. I finally caved and he "shipped" via paypal but no info came back on it and I never received. I got my money back but still have never seen that plate or the other two 1/1s (magenta plate and red ref) since.

Maybe it wasn't Ike. I can't remember who it was. The dude outta Houston, I think :scratch:. It's been so effin' long that I have no clue who the seller was, but I know he had Walker & Jacoby Jones stuff up for WAY too much.

The Contenders went for like under $200 ... Not sure on the Elite Black Status

then i was going to get the 06 logo for like $80 but too many people wanted to be helpful and kept sending dude messages on beckett, so he sold it on ebay for $106...since then its been in and out of a store for $250 or so...:snooty: guy can die with the card for all i care...

A guy on eBay has a Carter non-auto'd 1/1 rookie year that I am missing. He pulled it about 6 months ago and listed it for $8000. He's re-listed it many times dropping his price each time but the lowest he's gotten has been $1200. I'm willing to over pay but he's still a tad high :doh:

He was basing it on the same card of Crosby that sold for $16000. But even that guy was a complete idiot to pay that. $600 is about the right ball park for the Carter if he would let it run in an auction. I offered that but he declined.

stupid people suck! i hope eventually you get it.....it would be a shame a true carter collector like yourself, wouldnt be able to land a key card.

Pretty much every card listed by Burbanks Sportscards on ebay! There are some former Clemson players that didn't amt to anything in the NFL but his asking prices are WAY too high!
