Bounty is definitely right. But what I hate is when certain declining industries (publishing and LCS come to mind), rather than work on a better (READ profitable) business model, they try changing the rules so the same inefficient processes stay. The problem is that they have not embraced and adapted to the Internet. Instead, they want to act like it is perfectly natural to handcuff the Internet.
