Tri Star a trusted COA?

I know that tri star releases mini helms and such for sale in boxes and they are reputable for mini helms, but i was just curious if a Tri Star COA was reputable for an 8x10. I wasnt exactly sure, and just thought i'd run it by you guys before i went after it.
