Clippers get: Travis Outlaw, Steve Blake, and cash considerations.
Bobcats/Bulls:
Bobcats get: Tyrus Thomas.
Bulls get: Flip Murray, Acie Law, and a future 1st Round pick.
Bucks/Bullls:
Bucks get: John Salmons, Bulls 2011 and 2012 2nd Round Picks, and they also have the option to switch 1st round picks in '10 if Chicago pick is between #11 and #30.
Bulls get: Hakim Warrick and Joe Alexander.

Cavs get: Antawn Jamison and Sebastian Telfair.
