Sandbagging in golf is when you purposely hold back your handicap to get a favorable draw for your team...you could then have multiple "A" players on a team instead of A B C & D players....

Here, I was talking about holding off trades to then get a jump start on the Round 2..... I do the same thing so please do not be offended...
