Football Thoughts On Possible Changes To The NFL

Two of the biggest stories coming out of the NFL this week are:

1. NO more kickoffs (the "commish" thinks this is a great idea!)

2. Instead of four pre-seasons game, have only two

3. Expand the Playoffs! (Allowing up to 14 or 16 Teams)


MY THOUGHTS:

Keep the kickoffs...why get rid of them.

Pre-Season games? are they really necessary?

Expanding the Playoffs....yeah!...nothing like allowing teams to play for the Champion ship that end up the season 7-9...6-10...5-11...NO!!!!!!!!! stop the insanity now!

Why don't they just change it to flag football. I think it is stupid on how they are handling things.

I think the rules that make it a little safer for the players is alright but according to what I've read about some of the new considerations the NFL is about to jump the shark IMO

I think it is great to find ways to make the game safer, just go super crazy on it. I think if they take the money from all the players that do stupid stuff, create a Insurance program for the all the players, that would be awsome. So if your career is lost due to injury, they get taken care of in the future. They don't need to sissy the game. These players knew the risks when they signed up for football or any sport.
