so doing my daily searches, i ran across this

http://cgi.ebay.com/2006-Exquisite-...ards?hash=item3354539258&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

stuck out like a sore thumb, because i specifically remember that lot going for way more than it should have...well since i have my desktop back online, ive got good useful links from before ebay changed all kinds of stuff...

found this

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320389381138

serial numbers match up...he waited until it went in hiding on his 'completed' listings...time to research the previous winning bidder...33 feedback is ID crdaddict...no feedback was left on the transaction on either end....

doesnt leave me with a warm fuzzy

already sent email, waiting to see what he says...

like i said i cant track the buyer to the seller, but it went for WAY more than it should have, by at least $20

Keep in mind that it takes at minimum 15 days to file and win a claim. You cant file until 7 days after the auction ends, and you cant win it until 8 days after that. Since there was 23 days between the time the original auction ended and it was relisted, that leaves just an 8 day gap. He may not have filed a claim until day 10 or later, closing that gap even further. But even if he filed as soon as he could, chances are that the original auction would have disappeared from completed auctions anyways beore he could relist it since they disappear after 15 days. As for the feedback, I never left feedback for a buyer who didnt pay a few months ago. I didnt think I could, and I dont think they could leave me feedback since I won the claim. Either this was a very thought out, and elaborate plan, or the original buyer never paid.
