I would assume that he is basically looking for close matchups between high caliber/well known teams.

Quincy, is right to an extent, I try to look for two top 25 teams playing, or a ranked team on the road against a team that could pull of the win. Some games may just be two teams, as in Friday's game I've never even heard of St.Peter's, but it will add a little diversity.
