I received a PM several days ago asking about the rules for signatures here at TCZ. Since the TCZ rules and TCG rules differed, it was bound to happen. TCZ had some fairly strict rules set up for signatures, namely including no images. This was done because we thought that images in signatures took away from the overall content of the threads/posts. For that same reason, we also disabled font size and color. The number of links you can have, however, is unlimited as long as you don't go over the maximum character count.
Obviously, TCG had a lot more lax rules when it came to signatures. So, a decision had to be made on what to do going forward.
After hearing from a majority of the other staff members we have decided that all current signatures will be "grandfathered" in. What this means is that if you have a signature, right now, that isn't in line with our restrictions you can keep it indefinitely. However, when you go to edit your signature you will have to comply with the restrictions that we have in place.
