The NBA will announce that they will host the 2014 All-Star Game in New Orleans, according to a source.
New Orleans also hosted the game in 2008, which was the first major sporting event held in the city following Hurricane Katrina.

There are already rumors that David Stern did a deal.
Either he gave the All Star Weekend to New Orleans to help out a struggling franchise or
It was part of a deal to entice a new buyer for the Hornets. Tom Benson did buy the Hornets VERY recently.
