Some More Bowman Chrome pick ups with a BIG question

ok here is the thing.....I have never seen this ever.....over the BC252 triangle part on the hamilton, there is a clear sticker that fits perfectly over it...you can't see it in the scan, and the be honest I wouldn't have noticed it, but I touch the back it and felt it....has anyone ever seen this?!!?! does this mean anything?!?!!?
