Still waiting to hear back from a guy about all these. I will give him until tomorrow.
The Skidmarks are made with race used tire, it is sort of imbedded into the card. It is used as writting. I attached an example of a Thunder Road which is pretty similar, you can see that the tire and some of the writing look different, those are the parts that are written in tire.
I guess they melt it down and use it in the printing process somehow.
