Basically gave him away....moved up 25 or so spots in the 5th round, moved down 5 in the seventh. Redskins got a huge steal imo if Carriker can get healthy.

You are right about Carriker. If healthy, could be a monster. Actually a decent move by the Skins. Knowing them, however, Carriker is probably set to announce his retirement.

Carriker has been playing out of position for three years. He's a natural 3-4 DE, which is where he needs to be playing.

Considering he didn't play at all last year and has been less-than-impressive on the field, the Rams did well to get anything for him. Moving up 28 spots in the fifth round is nice. Moving down three spots in the seventh doesn't make sense, but whatever.

5th rounders are a big deal nowadays. Moving up in that round is like a "who's who" of draft trading.
