I have some TOPPS PRE PRODUCTION that a friend of mine from Topps sent me, "PRE PRODUCTION, DESIGN SUBJECT TO CHANGE", that are rather rare as well 1994. Alot say sample or Pre Production, but not DESIGN SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
NOLAN RYAN, GEORGE BRETT,BARRY BONDS, and one more I can't remember. VERY MINT, w/super gloss.
