NHLPA restricts 2012-13 rookie class on cards

Going to be a wierd year for Hockey cards with this news -

This also explains the Panini news yesterday that the following products have been cancelled this year.

Titanium Hockey
Elite Hockey
Crown Royal Hockey
Totally Certified Hockey
Contenders Hockey
Dominion Hockey

Ya i don't like this . Next yr stuff is going to be through the roof. kelly Carter stuff will still get made.

Less event worn crap and more game worn then this year as more veterans, and next year will be stocked full of EW jerseys and rc's who never made it? Glad I don't collect NHL

I wish companies would quit putting 42 different/parallel cards in every single product release. 400+ cards of one player per year is overkill.
