Kolb looks terrible so far for the Eagles.

There is more to the rule though, if he starts to commit a second act - My argument is that he started the second act after his thigh hit the ground. He kinda celebrated/slammed the ball on the ground.

I'm not totally mad at the refs. I get it. I just think that it was a TD.

yeah, detroit was hosed, and not because i hate the bears, but because a RB only has to have control across the plane of the end zone, and you are down with 1 knee on the ground with being touched...
