Bench Warmer
Hey guys and gals, What UP?! My name is Tommy Lee and I joined back in December, but didn't know I was a registered user until tonite. I am a regular member of TCC and I am building the 2008 Leaf Limited Football Master Set. I don't have much to trade right now cause I traded it all for these cards on TCC, but I am always buying, so let me know what you have. I usually collect football HOFers, Higher End Rookies, CP3, Rajon Rondo, Prewar Baseball GU and stuff like that. I mainly collect Patch/Autos now also. I am a hugh Patch fan and love anything that looks super cool. My wife is a member on TCC and may come on here when she gets back into collecting. We have 2 kids, so our time is limited. I live in Ohio, but am an across the board Boston Fan. Actually, not the Bruins cause I can't stand Hockey. I've been collecting since I was like 5, but I took a long break off while I was finishing high school until I was 25. I'm 28 now and back in the swing of things. Also, I hate Upper Deck even though I buy their cards. I think that they do a hugh disservice to the collecting community and if their cards weren't normally so valuable, then I definitely wouldn't collect their cards. I only hope Pannini comes out with stellar cards and service and eventually buys UD so we can all start enjoying breaking boxes instead of worrying about shorted hits and multiple redemptions. Ok, can you imagine buying a 200 dollar box and having to wait months to enjoy the good cards? How does that make sense? And don't get me started when they don't have it in stock! I hope I get to know everyone on here. I'm really laid back but talk crazy about the hobby and the manufactures cause they should know better.
