i am also fed up with upper deck. im 16, 2 christmas's ago, i got a box and pulled a jordan auto/gu redemption #/23. i redeemed it onli,e a year passed, i got nothing, i called and they said it would come within amonth or 2, going on 2 years or more i cant remember, still no card, i called 2 days ago, to speak to a guy who has no idea what he is talking about and i could barely understand hhim. i told him i was calling about a jordan auto i never received. he asked for my username, then he said, i see that you received your ud black pack. and listed some other stuff i received. i got so mad. he waited till like 20 minutes later to tell me they havent even amde the card yet!!!. yet michael jordan has 06-07 autographs produced and signed but not one form 2 years ago. makes me sick.
