how did the cert work on that eTopps?...mainly wondering because I don't know what numbers were autographed and id have to look and see if the 06 actually are serial numbered or not...I know the eTopps autos came with COAs because there isn't a company cert on the back of the card, so what is BGS doing with the certs if it wasn't included, because that could lead to more than 100 getting signed and certified

They are already signed with the tamper seal on them. I didn't send my COA in either.

yeah, but it wasn't too difficult to get blank cases and a roll of stickers...it was being done way before the Bush auto was offered....plus eTopps was run terribly...they had a good thing going but then tanked it bad...
