Actually, Shaq had a damn good series that year. Every body else sucked in that series. There were only two players that even shot over .400% during that series for the Lakers. Shaq and Rick Fox both shot over .500%. Can't win with a team shooting below .400.

Its actually looking like Miami will get the 3rd seed, which means, cleveland will own home court in the 2nd round.

Ok I've tried to stay away from this topic for the most part so as not to say something I might regret But I can stay quiet no longer. IF the Heat get by the Cavs? are you kidding me? Barring serious injury to either Wade or Shaq that prevents them from playing I dont think the Cavs can stand up to the Heat in a series like that they may be able to win 1 or 2 games but thats about it. Who do the Pistons meet in the Playoffs? remember the ball is Round and can bounce anyway so the Pistons are not a Lock to make it to the ECF. They lost a huge Defensive presence when Big Ben left and you wanna talk about fouls how about Rasheed? how many Techs does he have this year? Trash talkers? Every team has them You just hear more about it on the Heat because they are one of the teams Constantly in the spotlight.

cavs nearly won their 2nd round series last year in game 7 and could have easily won that series, so they are not that far off. Wade is NOT A GUARANTEE AT ALL TO COME BACK FROM THAT INJURY, OR EVEN RECOVER WELL FROM IT, so dont think Oh we are getting wade back, he will be fine.

Big Z is the only out east who can guard shaq, and miami has no one to guard lebron.
Detroit will have an easier time to the ECF then Miami.

I'm not counting on wade coming back 100% because I know it wont happen but even if he comes back 85% the Heat will be good enought to win and probably beat the Pistons
