reading on roto, earlier today Ed Reed wasnt pleased that he hasnt gotten a new contract, hes in the final year of his current deal, the season hasnt started yet, hell, the draft hasnt even happened, plenty of time to work a deal...


then...


Lardarius Webb signs a 6 year deal for over $50 mil, so he will make more than Reed...:doh:

i didnt think Webb would get that much...

one of the top DB free agents, came out in 09, i was figuring like $20 over 3, but he got a HUGE payday

he had a return or two for TDs, i had his SPA Gold end on a Sunday where he had a TD so i sold for $12.50, previous went unsold at $0.99 (not mine, i start my golds higher), i think the next went for $3...

i saw the numbers on him, but im sure that places him up in the top layer of DBs in the league...i didnt look to see the deals that PROVEN DBs have gotten this offseason, but yes, Webb is one of the youngest out there, but that is HUGE $$$ for a DB that folks on the board have never heard of...
