Not a good sign for sure....the shoulder is definitely a touchy area.
Trying to over compensate maybe....throwing too hard?

He threw 24 pitches in the 4th and had 25 in the 5th. Only about 40 prior to that but it didn't look good. At least he didn't try to throw again and wreck it worse.
