Is the end of collecting near?

Time to watch out sports card collectors!
Stopped in to a card shop in St Louis, while on vacation! Was hoping to get a box of 2023 Topps Chrome Platinum Anniversary.
The owner said he hasn't any, as his supplier was told by Fanatics, that he would no longer be receiving any Bowman or Topps products, and they were not even given a reason!
We already known Fanatics was a heartless company and are trying to get a monopoly of the sports card business! The shop owner has been in business for 37 years and not sure if he'll survive if he has to pay more for boxes! Hopefully, Panini will win their antitrust lawsuit against Fanatics. Not that they're doing a whole lot to keep prices down!

That is absurd @gwynn_fan ,it makes me sad. STL is a great town, and I hope our local card shops hang on, as we REALLY need small businesses to keep our area going!

Would love Panini to win that suit!
