there isnt a whole lot on ebay right now...the number of bollers, exquisite, and auto lots is WAY down right now...im putting 1 card up tomorrow night, i dont run too many auctions though, just 1 or 3 at a time to get some traffic into my store

i hope it is cause i have some stuff from my last breaks to list and my brothers friend just saddled me with a mess load of baseball, basketball, some hockey and some football

I'd say tonight would be a good time for buy it nows. People will be coming home exasperated from the family, but still with loads of x-mas cash and they might just hit a bin they normally wouldn'top:

I put up 50 Limited f/b auctions on Sat. & Sun. so far only 8 w/bids & a little over a third with watchers, sure hoping it picks up before the weekend. Didn't put up anything too special mostly single color Jerseys, two helmet cards, one triple jersey & 2 or 3 dual players jerseys.

With the playoff teams becomming clearer it'd be a good time to start rounding up cards from those if your gonna list them during the hype.

I think it just varies by person. I don't think it's any better or worse time to sell than usual.

For those who don’t know, ebay is having a .10 listing day- both auctions and fixed price. This may flood the marketplace- or it may be a good time to float some fixed price listings/best offers for .10. sale starts 12/27 @ 12am I believe. 1 day only. Things have been alright for me during the holidays on ebay- was listing mostly new product (bowman draft, wiis, gift cards, etc.), so there was more hype than usual. Also, listed some older/lower end junk that I just wanted to unload- was actually surprised at some of the ending prices for some of those items…maybe the holiday sparked a demand? Going to probably just list fixed price items for the .10 sale…assuming I can get out from under the shipping pile I’ve been buried in all month. Actually looking forward to a few days off from ebay haha

i didnt get anything on the cheap listing day, but i suppose that is good, but im still listing my ahmad bradshaw auto tonight to end a few minutes before kickoff

BTW, it seems like it's a better time to sell now than the week before Christmas. For example, Mantle Topps Sterling 1/1 Game-Used cards were going for around $225 - $250 before Christmas. Now they're over $300.
