I am so pissed. I sent the payment once I won the auction. Did some research after the fact. Felt like I over paid. So... I have this auction on my watch list back form November. Tottaly forgot about the auction, didn't win. So... last week another card comes up. I won it! Turns out to be the SAME EXACT card. Here are some links. You tell me what you think

I know I've been ripped off. I've reported this to ebay and it seems like they can do nothing. I've contacted the seller also and requested my money back. Paid through paypal. Hope something can be done to correct this situation.

I filed a dispute with paypal. If the seller does not want to work out a deal, then I'm going to have to escalate the dispute. I feel hella ripped off. And the seller is a total jerk. I've gotten many harassing emails in the past 24 hours from this guy.

makes me kinda wish paypal and ebay had an 800 number that you could call and talk to a human and explain to them what is going on

sucks have you gotten the card yet? IF they guy doesn't want to refund you just post his name up everywhere you can . I think you should post his emails up here also .
