Dnozz do you think Palmer played like an elite QB yesterday, or last season?

He is always listed is the 3rd best QB in the league, I know for a fact I would take Roethelisberger, Brees, Favre, Romo, Eli, and others ahead of him, and it has nothing to do with the SEC, last I checked only one of those guys played in the SEC.

Not sure I'd put Eli ahead of him. Sure Eli did his part to win the Super Bowl, but so did the defense. If I'm going off tools alone, I'll take Palmer.

And no, he hasn't. He hasn't been the same since his knee injury. He had a good 2006 season (after the injury), but some of his numbers were down from the previous year.

He's still a borderline top-10 QB in this league, though. He is a little overrated and needs to show why he was once considered a top-3 QB.
