You need to list the prices in this thread. You can see the sticky in the general announcements section to read about consequences for not doing so. If they are on ebay, then you don't list those (obviously).

If I understand your question correctly, I would say no. You may however do a price or Best Offer on a card if you want (to signal that you will negotiate your prices)
