HC Brian Billick said yesterday that he is thrilled to have QB Steve McNair back for a second season and that he expects McNair to play even better than last season, when he led the Ravens to a franchise-best 13-3 record. "This is his system now. He knows it," Billick said. "To be able to start the offseason [camps] with that, that's kind of exciting to think what we might be able to do offensively with Steve really knowing the offense."
