Really fun day today. A good friend of my family played football at Georgetown with Jim Schwartz, the Lions coach. He left us some field passes so we got to go down on the field before the game and meet him. Pic below. Really nice guy and he was talking about the Giants running game and how they needed to stop it.

Then as we were walking off the field to our seats there were about 30 retired Giants in the tunnel for a pregame ceremony. So my brother and I just went and stood over by them and started shaking hands. Stephen Baker, Rodney Hampton, Amani Toomer, Carl Banks, Keith Elias, Luke Pettigout, Roman Oben and many others. Pretty friggin cool. Giants won so that made everything even better.

Very cool, Rob! I'd love to meet Amani Toomer. He is definitely one of my all-time favorite Wolverines. BTW, have you heard about this?

I gotta say that Amani is one of my favorite all-time Giants. He worked his *** off every year, was one of the greatest WR in the history of the team and never complained when his QBs SUCKED. Just awesome to meet him and say hi. They also did a video about his run and charity work. Awesome!

For the Lions fans, Jim Schwartz is a great guy and my friend who played with him in college really thinks he will be much more successful than the previous coaches. Also, there was a little kid with a Lions jersey on next to us and a ball came over close to Schwartz. He picked it up and handed it to the kid and the kid tried to give it back and he told him to keep it. Really cool, class act.

No autos. Not the place to ask for them although I did see Jacobs signing for some kids across the field from where I was on the Lion sideline. The stadium is awesome as well.
