Football Getting cards graded

Can anyone tell me anything and everything I ought to know about grading? My main questions are:

1) Who do I send it to?
2) How and how much do I pay for it?
3) Who is the best to get your cards graded by?
4) How long will it take to get my cards back?
5) How do I ship the cards?



Also would this card grade high and would it be worth it to get it graded:

would not be worth it to get anything other then a rc graded IMO
