Hi
Posted this on the ten box post, but thought other might be interested or didn't even know you can do this on Beckett.
If this is helpful, help old man out by bumping one the team on my breaks.
Hi
If you have Beckett, enter the set in search ie 1982 Topps Traded and hit enter. The set will come up in numerical order.
Next, click on the sort by drop down menu and click on the bottom selection, Beckett High Descending!
In this case, what comes up first are the most expensive items, with Cal Ripken XRC AT $200, Followed by the Ozzie Smitth XRC at $40, etc.
'83 traded best cards are a Mantle Bronze and a Strawberry XRC @ $40.
If you are trying to determine, which of Mike's team to pick in a free break, you can do that easily too. Say the free box for April is 2023 Topps Tribute, there's a couple extra steps.
Type in 2023 Topps Tribute in the search bar and hit enter. This will bring up every card, including autos, relics, serial numbered, etc.
On the left hand side of the screen, you'll find sets. You are looking for the base set, and it's not in the first ten. Click on show all and scroll down in the menu and find 2023 Topps Tribute 100 and click the box next to it. Then go back up and click on show all and show 10 will appear. A lot easier when there's 70 different different part of the set or so. Go back down and click on apply.
This will bring up only the base set of 2023 Topps Tribute 100 cards.
Next, click on the sort by drop down menu and click on the bottom selection, Beckett High Descending!
The first 5 cards are:
2023 Topps Tribute #91 Adley Rutschman (RC)
Team: Baltimore Orioles $10.00 $25.00
2023 Topps Tribute #97 Corbin Carroll RC
Team: Arizona Diamondbacks $10.00 $25.00
2023 Topps Tribute #99 Gunnar Henderson RC
Team: Baltimore Orioles $10.00 $25.00
2023 Topps Tribute #83 Shohei Ohtani
Team: Los Angeles Angels $5.00 $12.00
2023 Topps Tribute #93 Michael Harris II RC
Team: Atlanta Braves $5.00 $12.00
This would be the 5 most expensive base cards in the set, so you would pick Baltimore with the first pick.
