For Registered Int. Shipping yes it could even be more.. Standard Int. Shipping is $5 for 1 card but I only offer Standard to USA and Canada as I've had too many problems with other countries.

No it's not registered on here, Ebay is different because you have way too many people who say they never get mail and you end up having to deal with a lot of crap where as on here it's alot more trustworthy and you know who you're dealing with.
